What is the diagnosis?

📍 **MRCP PACES Clinical  VIDEO CHALLENGE**

Observe the patient’s abdomen carefully and answer these six questions:

1️⃣ Describe the visible clinical finding. What previous operation does it suggest?

2️⃣ What are the principal indications for this operation?

3️⃣ What additional points would you cover in your focused history?

4️⃣ What important early and late complications can occur following this operation?

5️⃣ The patient develops fever, jaundice and right-upper-quadrant pain. What are your differential diagnoses, and how would you investigate?

6️⃣ What long-term medication, monitoring and preventive advice would this patient require?

Post your answers below 👇
