What is the diagnosis?

🩺 PACES CLINICAL VIDEO CHALLENGE- Case26
Watch the video carefully and answer these six questions:
1️⃣ Describe the abnormalities visible in both hands and give the most likely diagnosis.
2️⃣ How would you complete a focused examination of the hands and assess the severity and functional impact?
3️⃣ What relevant history would you obtain, and what risk factors or associated conditions would you look for?
4️⃣ What are the important differential diagnoses, and how would you distinguish them clinically?
5️⃣ When should this patient be referred for specialist treatment, and what treatment options are available?
6️⃣ What complications and long-term outcomes should be discussed with the patient?
⏸️ Pause the video, formulate a structured PACES-level response and share your answers with the group.

Share your comment. Please mention the case no for the correct answers.
