What is the diagnosis?

🩺 PACES CLINICAL VIDEO CHALLENGE- Case27
Observe both hands carefully and answer these six questions:
1️⃣ Describe the abnormalities and give the most likely neurological diagnosis.
2️⃣ How would you complete a focused motor and sensory examination of the upper limbs?
3️⃣ Which bedside signs would you specifically test, and what would a positive result indicate?
4️⃣ How would you determine the site of lesion?
5️⃣ What are the important causes and differential diagnoses?
6️⃣ What investigations and management would you recommend?
⏸️ Pause the video, formulate a structured PACES-level answer and share it with the group.

Share your comment. Please mention the case no for the correct answers.
